MUG HAUS. Shipping Policy
At MUG HAUS. every mug is made to order in our shed in Coelbren, Wales.
Processing Times
All mugs are printed, pressed, and packed by hand. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before shipping. During busy periods (Christmas, Father's/Mother's Day) this may extend to 3-5 days. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail & Evri for most UK orders.
- Standard Tracked – £3.99 (2-3 working days after dispatch)
- Express Tracked – £5.99 (1-2 working days after dispatch, order before 2pm)
- Free Shipping on orders over £50
All mugs are wrapped in bubble protection, boxed, and sealed with tape. Breakages are extremely rare, but if your mug arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will rectify.
International Shipping
We currently ship to UK only. If you're outside the UK and want a MUG HAUS. mug, drop us a message at info@mughaus.co.uk and we'll get you a custom quote.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours / safe place and contact us within 7 days.
Address Errors
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If it's returned to us, we'll reship at cost.
Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail / courier strikes, severe weather, or incorrect addresses. We'll always do our best to help you track it down.
